Teresa Arreola's food catering truck business, Soy Tu Taco
Mrs. Teresa Arreola came into the North Valley BusinessSource on April 25, 2018 to inquire about a mobile catering business and to obtain assistance with creating a business plan. Teresa was ready to invest her own capital and eager to start her business immediately.

The North Valley BusinessSource Center provided Mrs. Arreola with several business plan template options and referred her to The Food Truck Group, a food rental truck and leasing company.

The North Valley BSC then assisted with several one-on-one consultations regarding her business plan and legal structure information, as well as with her Business Tax Registration Certificate, Seller’s Permit and DBA for “Soy Tu Taco” filings.

Mrs. Arreola leased a catering truck from The Food Truck Group and launched her business on May 1, 2018 with a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Entrepreneur Center in Pacoima hosted by the North Valley BSC.

Soy Tu Taco has been blooming ever since and successfully hired a full time cashier and a full time cook, with a plan to hire at least 2 more full time employees.
